Requirement Analysis:

During this phase, we will work closely with you to understand your business, identify your business objectives and develop the system requirements. Simultaneously we will identify any customisations needed. If any customisations are desirable, we will document it and with your approval we will start customising Microsoft Business Applications.

Project Organisation:

In this second phase, we will bring every team member (that includes your employees designated by you and our consultants) to work closely with each other to share their skills to implement a solution that achieves your business objectives.

Installation / Implementation:

During this phase we will install the software, test the system, perform data conversions and train your employees on how best to use your new system.

Post - Implementation Services:

Finally, we review the entire process to ensure nothing has been overlooked, monitor the system to ensure your users have adopted it correctly, provide all the necessary documentation and training, and answer your questions.
